Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to BH.Loop, a wellness and longevity venue platform operated by BH Labs, LLC. By using BH.Loop after these terms become effective, a person or organization agrees to the terms applicable to its authorized role.

Today, BH.Loop uses only synthetic and demonstrative platform data. It does not accept real member health, laboratory, biomarker, or wearable data. Current walkthrough features may simulate member, staff, owner, operator, upload, and clinician-review experiences without creating a real account, care relationship, purchase, or health record.

When live sign-in is enabled, a person must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, use only their own identity, and stay within the organization, location, role, and purpose authorized for them. Shared identities and attempts to access another person's or organization's records are prohibited.

Google sign-in requests only openid, email, and profile. Users remain responsible for their Google account and Google's own terms. BH Labs may require reauthentication or end a session when access authority changes.

BH.Loop is designed for wellness guidance and venue operations. It is not an emergency service and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease; prescribe medication; set a supplement dose; or provide clinical clearance. Users should not ignore professional advice or delay seeking care because of platform content. For a medical emergency, contact local emergency services.

Real laboratory, biomarker, wearable, or clinical-review features are not currently available. Before any such feature launches, BH Labs will establish the required legal, clinical, privacy, security, consent, and service-specific terms.

If biomarker features launch, values will be encrypted and visible only to the member and the authorized importing role; they will not be shared with third parties or sold. Safety answers will be stored as structured flags rather than free-text health descriptions, and members may request deletion of their data.

AI-assisted features

Synthetic staff-assistant features may use OpenRouter and a configured model provider to produce a response. AI output may be incomplete or wrong. Users must follow visible stop, supervision, equipment, and authorized-review instructions and must not use BH.Loop to make medical decisions or bypass professional judgment.

The Privacy Policy explains the information BH.Loop handles and the current synthetic-only posture. Users must not enter real health data, secrets, unlawful content, another person's personal information, or content they lack authority to provide while the service is limited to synthetic data.

Google sign-in, Google Cloud hosting, Cloudflare DNS, OpenRouter, and the model provider reached through OpenRouter are third-party services, and their separate terms may also apply.

Future shop and CRM services may receive contact and purchase information only, never health data. BH Labs' network-level use is limited to de-identified or aggregate information above the venue boundary.

The current synthetic walkthrough does not create a paid subscription or charge. A future paid feature must present its price and applicable purchase terms before a user agrees to pay.

Use is limited to an authorized wellness and venue-operation purpose. A user may not probe or bypass access controls, scrape the service, introduce malicious code, misuse another identity, or use output to build an unsafe or unlawful service.

Service functions may change or become unavailable because of maintenance, provider failure, network failure, safety restrictions, access changes, or other events.

BH.Loop is currently a synthetic-data demonstration and may contain incomplete, experimental, or changing functions. No platform output is a substitute for qualified professional judgment.

Limitation of liability
